I had the pleasure of hiring Dave and his brother Mark to remodel my bathroom. The whole process took only a few weeks and went off without a hitch.  In order to keep things organized, we developed a working plan up front that defined who was responsible for what, and the timeframe that it was to take place (ie: homeowner- vanity, tile, fixtures etc.  DMF - demo, dumpster, electrical, plumbing supplies etc). That, I felt, was key in keeping the project on track.  Additionally, any changes made along the way were easily dealt with and tended to right away. I also found their sub-contractors to be courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Last, and maybe most important, I'd like to mention how quick they responded when communicating; whether it be text, email or phone call.

Would I hire them again? - Yes definitely

My wife and I were looking to remodel our bathroom and had met with several contractors without any success. We were visiting  friends who had their kitchen redone by David, and liked it so much that we contacted him.

We met with David and were impressed with his vision for our bathroom. The remodeling was done and we were, and are, very happy with the results. The work was done as promised, within the time frame promised, and, most importantly, within the budget promised.

We were so satisfied that we had David back to redo our kitchen. We removed walls, redid cabinets and basically changed the entire look of the kitchen. Once again, the work was finished on time, within budget and with a minimum of inconvenience. In both jobs, cleanup was done daily and we had no mess to deal with. Since then, we have had David do several minor jobs and we can confidently recommend him to anyone needing remodeling or construction of any kind.

My husband and I purchased our first home which was in dire need of renovation and rehabilitation. I had searched and contacted at least 12 contractors before finding one I felt comfortable with and was confident that he could handle the enormous job.

Being that this was our first foray into ownership as well as contracted home rehabilitation, we really didn't know what to expect but braced ourselves for the worst... going over budget, ignored timelines, workers not showing up, etc, etc. However, those nightmares were not apart of our experience working with David Anico. Although, we have been in the house for almost a year and we still marvel at the wonderful and awesome job David and his crew did for our home.
