My husband and I purchased our first home which was in dire need of renovation and rehabilitation. I had searched and contacted at least 12 contractors before finding one I felt comfortable with and was confident that he could handle the enormous job.

David of DMF construction took the lead on a complete renovation of my newly purchased home (via FHA's 203K program) in Randolph. This renovation included replacing all major systems (septic, HVAC, natural gas conversion, hook up to public water, and upgrading electric) as well as complete remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms, replacement of windows/doors, and finish work inside and out. This large project was handled in a professional manner that included constant updates and left me with absolute confidence in Dave, Mark and their crew. The 203K renovation process is paperwork intensive and can be quite intimidating, but with DMF on our side we were able to work through it and build our dream home! DMF took the pressure off of us by handling everything from start to finish and were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout, which is a refreshing change in the world of contractors. I contacted DMF Construction to perform a renovation on my basement. To say I am satisfied with the results would be an understatement. The process from planning, to renovating, to the finished product was very smooth. My wife and I were looking to remodel our bathroom and had met with several contractors without any success. We were visiting friends who had their kitchen redone by David, and liked it so much that we contacted him.
We met with David and were impressed with his vision for our bathroom. The remodeling was done and we were, and are, very happy with the results. The work was done as promised, within the time frame promised, and, most importantly, within the budget promised.
We were so satisfied that we had David back to redo our kitchen. We removed walls, redid cabinets and basically changed the entire look of the kitchen. Once again, the work was finished on time, within budget and with a minimum of inconvenience. In both jobs, cleanup was done daily and we had no mess to deal with. Since then, we have had David do several minor jobs and we can confidently recommend him to anyone needing remodeling or construction of any kind.

From start to finish, they were extremely professional helpful. They helped guide along the way throughout the as we didn't know where to start. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They're not like the normal large contractor, they were very personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were excellent. They showed up and completed the project when they said they would. Dave was there quite often supervising and checking in to make sure things were going well. Dave was very responsive and got back with me immediately. I was very pleased with the service.

They were very open and honest up front. The pricing was fair and competitive compared to other quotes that I have gotten. They gave me a step by step outline of how the project was going to be completed. Everything went well.

I had the pleasure of hiring Dave and his brother Mark to remodel my bathroom. The whole process took only a few weeks and went off without a hitch. In order to keep things organized, we developed a working plan up front that defined who was responsible for what, and the timeframe that it was to take place (ie: homeowner- vanity, tile, fixtures etc. DMF - demo, dumpster, electrical, plumbing supplies etc). That, I felt, was key in keeping the project on track. Additionally, any changes made along the way were easily dealt with and tended to right away. I also found their sub-contractors to be courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Last, and maybe most important, I'd like to mention how quick they responded when communicating; whether it be text, email or phone call.
Would I hire them again? - Yes definitely
